Carraway Lane Trailers

I made two trailers for "Carraway Lane," the "hit" movie. One uses the theme from the Dario Argento movie "Profondo Rosso" ("Deep Red") by Goblin; the other uses a library score.




Although I love, love, love Dario Argento and Goblin, the library score synchs up really unintentionally well. At least I think so. But it's all just prologue. This summer, I will be working on two very amateurish films - "I, Death Bot," and ... (drum roll) ...




Carraway Lane II: Twilight of the Elastic Dead

Oh, and in case you needed a refresher on the award-winning original, here it is.

Expect better blood, better puppets and more unneccesary violence and lines lifted wholly from the works of H.P. Lovecraft and George A. Romero. There might even be a little Bruno Mattei thrown in for good measure. I just watched Hell of the Living Dead, and who an resist something as repugnantly dumb as z-grade schlock from the oft-imitator Mattei?

Psuedo-boring genealogy link, but look at the name

Now, it's sketchy, but the Lambert lineage is otherwise unkempt on this site. Logically, Jean Aubin Lambert had more family, because these are French (later French Canadian) catholics who LOVE to reproduce. What this means to me is this ... I am immortal, I have inside me blood of kings. Maybe. There's an off-chance, if I'm lucky, that I share a very small amount of blood with my personal savior, Christopher Lambert.



Most of this is HEAVY speculation, but I think I just want to be related to the man who brought us "Highlander," "The Sicilian," "Beowulf," "Mortal Kombat," "Fortress" (and "Fortress 2") and so much else. The most important thing he's brought is world peace and the demeanor of a wounded puppy on a vengeance spell.

So, to celebrate the fact that I'm now a Highlander and you are not, watch this video and don't cut off my head.

But in October, Greg Blobaum and I finished our follow-up to the hit film Hail to the King. It's called "Carraway Lane," and is like a low budget "Sesame Street" with a Cthulu mythos undertone and zombies. Here it is. Enjoy. Once again, we took 2nd place in the Cinema 16 Halloween film contest...
